My supporters, not the "Tanaka Corps"
"Party Of Make OKI Work Place Happy".
They are my acquaintance, communist group, from Oki's mass dismissal.
When I talked to them a man, in charge of watching me in front of Oki headquarters protest, came over to me.
I said " Hard job". He said " Certainly".
I said "I'm sorry I made you rent such a big hall." He left smiling.
In 1987, I began to attend the meeting.
Until 1999 seats for stockholders were only 100 at a meeting room at Oki
head quarter.
The number of "normal stockholder" were only about 10.
Others were " company mobilized stockholder" and there were some vacant seats.
I stated to protest company ended the meeting without adequate answer.
And Company started kick me out of meeting by force.
So I mobilized supporters.
Company tried to suppress our influence by increase the number of "
company mobilized stockholder"
From 2000 to 2006 they used a room at Shibaua factory about 200 seats.
There has never been an occurence of "normal stockholder"jumping
from 10 to over 100.
My protest become even stronger.
In 2007 they rented a room away from the company at "Bellesalle Mita"300
seats.
In 2008 "Shinagawa Grand Central Tower" 500 seats.
And 1300 seats "Japan Youth Hall" since 2009.
They hired a number of guardsmen and rented a big hall to suppress my struggle.
In conclusion every year their meeting has been in chaos.
It is shameful as a company.
They have shown their ineptness as executive
The president is new, and I had hoped things would get better, but he is
also completely incompetent.
At the entrance security guards were persistent in the stockholder's belongings
inspection.
Some angry stockholders protested bitterly.
No one tried to bring in a video camera, they don't need to, they have
cellophanes.
Oki has created their own trouble.
This year I declared to the company I would not bring the "Tanaka
Corps"
It must be the reason the number of guardsmen and company mobilized stock
holders were very fewer.
As there were too many vacant seats in the hall the company filled some
of the space with a platform video projector area
However the filled space was too large , occupying over 100 seats.
They did the same procedure as last year.
I was the very last person called upon to ask questions. They ended the
meeting without answering /addressing the key points. They proceeded to
close the meeting very quickly while I was shouting " answer my question".
Amazingly It took a mere 2 minutes from the time I finished my question
to the close of the meeting. and they escaped.
However I accomplished my mission. This time also, I feel that they are
intentionally making the highlighting of my struggle.

Ten years ago when Mr Shinozuka assumed the presidency I avoid asking difficult
questions as my gift of congratulations to him.
He thanked me saying I was too kind
But It was a waste of time.
.
From the following year, for 9 years, terrible confusion has continued
every stock holders' meeting due to your refusal of answer my question.
Don't you think it is a bad reflection to management to display your lack of ability to customers and investors?

Until now the discrimination and human right violation in the work place
have continued since mass dismissal of 1978.
Don't you acknowledge that? End it!

The bid rigging case which the Supreme court declared Oki's guilt last November was discovered by me in Oita prosecutor's office documents.
I have been pointing this out at every meeting since 2005.
Your answer is always the same that you are in compliance and that you
have no regrets about the case.
Further more you always kick me out violently during my questions without
answer.
Who will take responsibity how for this case?
Your previous answer is not enough.
A documentary movie about my struggle is being viewed around the world:
United State, UK, Canada, Germany, Turkey, and Israel.
In Australia it was aired all over the country via national TV. Some hundred
thousand people tuned in.
The movie addresses human rights violation of this company. It also shows a violence scene of this stock holders meeting.
When your customers ask if the movie is fact or fiction what will be your
answer?

How much money has been spent in advertisements to improve this company's
image?

This movie has made this company's image very bad. It is strong negative
advertising.
Don't you think your company should take responsible for that?

Now this company has a tradition of discrimination and harassment.
Recently it targets against Chuto-Nyusha or new employees from other companies.
This culture has undermined this company's achievements .
Recently some of offenders, who planed the harassment, also became victims.
In fact, there is a rumor that a former OKI SEMI president committed suicide.
Is it true?
If you sincerely accept my opinion which I have been promoting for 20 years,
and make the reforms, this company could be a great one.
Don't you think so?
This is the end of my question
I will condemn this year also if your reply is not enough as in the past.
So, will you kick me out by violence or will you close the meeting under
confusing protest same as last year?
Or, as a third choice, will you give a dignified answer and show the shareholders
and investors that your not an inept president.
I hope you will make me return home silently this year at last.

We have questions from No 153 stockholder Mr Tanaka.
There are many questions.
No1 Do you have a problem of discrimination.
No2 Do you acknowledge the case of bid rigging in Yuhuin.
And
Do we advertise in order to improve the company image.
Mental health, harassment, of Mr Enomoto.
At first. Do we acknowledge human rights violations.
About this.
As we show in OKI Group active standards, to protection of human rights in one of our principles.
So there is no case of discrimination or harassment.
Tanaka What is the evidence? Did you check it out ?
We maintain the standards and are watchful of any discrimination.

About the case of Yuhuin.
Sadly our allegation was refused by the court and we paid compensation
to Yuhuin city.
However we do not agreewith the claim of bid rigging in OKI .
That is my answer.
To improve the image of the company.
This is not related to the aim of this meeting.
So we don't have to answer.
Tanaka Why is it not relate?
About mental health and harassment.
It is unfortunate that Mr Enomoto passed away.
However This case also unrelated to this meeting. So we don't answer.

After this, while I was shouting, within 2 minutes the meeting was closed
and all executives escaped.

Mr Uchida, member of the Railway workers union, made a motion. He insisted
a motion should be the priority of the question.
The chairman reluctantly pointed him.
He criticized the procedure of the meeting which stockholders can ask a
question only one time company should do one question one answer.
The chairman refused the motion.
Mr Uchida succeeded in making the motion several times in the past also.
Every time 2 or 3 company mobilized stockholders made questions and a member of "Party Of Make OKI Work Place Happy". allowed to make question.
after that after one more company stockholder's question Mr Ueda has allowed
to ask.
And another 2 or 3 and then finally my turn have came.
This is always the sequence.
Mr Ueda's question is it true that retirement pay of the former president
Shinozuka was 300,000,000yen is true or not.
Company refused the answer.
After the meeting One stockholder took my photo. Guardsmen interrupt
it also. That can only make a more trouble. The conclusion the picture
displayed on the web.
I believe Oki has a serious illness .
The entire senior management has been infected with this illness and they
can not treat themselves.
The only way Oki can survive is to be bought out by another company and the entire senior management replaced.
