Lets reform Japanese Police Prosecutor and Court
You will know their terrible reality , that no one could agree,when you
are involved in your own case.
We shouldn't forget that the issuance of arrest warrants and approval of
long-term detention is
decided by the Court.
Many people believe that police, prosecutors, and courts are trying to
fulfill their duties in order to achieve social justice.
However, if you become a party to a case or bring a case against the authorities
you will be faced with outrageousness.
This is a fundamental problem of a democratic nation that is ruled by law.
I feel strongly the need to reform conditions so that the people can accept
them.
The media sometimes covers news about such conditions but not enough.
I don't know politicians who have focused on these problems .
Currently Japan has a "check and balance" including the court system impeachment process and referendum for the Supreme Court justices.
However they are completely ineffective.
I think we need a new system.
A committee elected by the people reviews excerpts of a trials against
authorities or big business,
criminal cases, arrest warrants, and related political and social movements.

movements.
And approve of the long term detention. In the trial is unfair and biased
to the power conducting litigation.
Even at general criminal case, Court stand police side and do not try to find the true.

No passion to the justice
Do not seek the truth.
Fabricated the case and try to make a person guilty even they know his
innocent.
