The Mystery of the Ice Pillar

The ice pillar appeared in front of my house.

We have them every year, but this year's is very great.

Because it is a much colder winter this year.

It was formed from the water that dripped from the ventilation pipe shown above.

Why does it only form in front of my house? There was absolutely nothing in front of the other houses

In the past the wall and floor of the bathroom was wet from moisture, and slowly decayed.

So we were forced to replace the floor board

The remodeler told us that it happened because we didn't use the ventilation fan.

After that we have always kept our fan running.

I wonder if it was a the true reason for the ice pillar, but i guess other houses also use their fan.

But all the other houses don't have the pillar.
