I condemn the oppression
of Distributing Flyer by "The Tatchikawa Tent Village, Watching
the Self Defense Force" by the police.
Today I join the trial
of the people who were arrested for distributing flyers against
sending the SDF to Iraq.
The people the flyers in the barracks of the SDF.
Some of the detainees looked fine but one looked thin.
One of the detainees was threatened by police during their
investigation. The police continued to attack verbally detainees
and question them for over 8
hours every day for 75 days.
Even a matters unrelated to this case. They criticized one
of the detainees for having an aged mother who was claiming nursing
benefits from the government.
They said that the defendants only cared about their own right,
even though they were taking benefits from the state.
I have known these defendants for over 20 years. They are not
"extremists".
Their leader, Katsuko Kato, is a member of the group supporting
Kimiko Nedu.
Every month we went to Hachioji city Hall to distribute flyers
with Kimiko Nedu.
The judge explained the reason for their detainment , that
there is a possibility that they may try to flee.
Is Japan a country where
people who only distribute flyers need to flee?
Now the LDP is going to amend the constitution, so we worry
that people people's fundamental human rights may be threatened
by this amendment.
Now I'm taking the police to court, so they want me to disappears.
There is a possibility that the police will accuse me of trespassing
by sitting at the site owned by Oki Denki.
The Company also said they will take me to court.
But I think they will not the attack the person who pro actively
protest against authority, like me.
Maybe its dangerous to think that way.
Japan is not same as the Philippine, there is no torture for
example.
There is enough food for people to get fat in the jail.
Some times it is good to be detained to train myself by Zen
Meditation in the jail.
If people fear to much, it is as the authorities wont.
Do not be afraid , let's struggle now.

Objection sending SDF to Iraq. Let's reflect and
oppose it together!
Still the attack against the army of occupation continues,
even the weapons of Mass destruction, the "good reason"
for the Iraq war, weren't found and ex-president Fusein was arrested.
However, the US now grasps the concession of oil and
the right of management of bid for the reconstruction of Iraq.
And the Japanese government is going to invest in the reconstruction.
At the beginning "the good reason " was trivial
matter for them.
Who's getting the profit for other's
crisis?
In such a situation SDF started off to Kuwait yesterday.
"the reconstruction" is proceed on ignorance of the
voice of " against dispatch army ".
For whose " National interest "are they doing
this for?
US defense agency announced on the 14th that at least
21 solders out of 153 solders who died not while the battle, died
committing suicide. And over 400 left Iraq because of stress.
That day the army of Bulgaria, present in midland Iraq, Kazanraku,
announced 62 solders, including 2 officers, refused to go to Iraq.
Even though the army increased their special salary 25%, after
the death of 5 soldiers,on the 27 th of last month.
The person who gives order by using a calculator are always safe.
But the people who receives the order and their targets must be
frightened by physical danger and heavy mental stress. and they
are controlled by money.
Isn't this the nature of war?
Consider this yourself. And let's
protest together!
The Director General of the Defense Agency, Ishiba, made a swift
reply "We will attack" as a answer for the question
" Will the SDF attack when suspicious cars approach?"
There must be local people who will protest at the
bases, and be considered suspicious.
His remark is the same as ordering SDF to "Kill
them immediately"
Solders of SDF should consider the meaning of the order before
they obey the order.
And oppose together against unacceptable dispatch.

The three people were detained
for 75 days before being released. After
that they were found not guilty by the Hachioji District Court,
2004.12.16 .
But later the Tokyo High Court they were found
guilty, 2005.10.9.
Anyone can enter the barracks to distribute
flyers, for example many restaurants and loan companies place
their flyers there. So the true reason for their arrest is the
contents of the flyers, It's completely against democracy.
