On Dec 21 st Oita District court announced its decision in the case of Civilian ombudsman forcing Yuhu City, ext Yuhuin Town, to get back compensation damage from Oki Denki.

In the decision the court recognized that Oki is guilty of bid rigging and forced Yuhu city to take back compensation from Oki in the amount of 44,900,000 Yen.

This order from the court is 100% in favor of the ombudsman.

The court awarded the total amount of money that the asked for. It's a rare case.

This case come from the document that I got from the Oita prosecutor's office about the bribery case of Oki.

I sent information to the Ombudsman and they took the case to court.

The prosecutor pointed out the bid rigging in the court of the bribery case. However they didn't prosecute that even after I charged this case to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police department they ignored that.

What is the reason?

There is a bad relationship between big Japanese companies and Police officers.

To prosecute or not is decided by unfair consideration of Police officers.

By threatening companies police get postings at the after retiring, Golden Parachute.

So people doubt that.

Police have responsibility to explain to the public Mass communication should ask for an explanation from the police.

Now in the case where I took Oki Denki to court about violation in the stock holders meeting, I pointed out the bid rigging and asked the judge if it occurred or not.

The district court and high both ignored this and made no comment.

When I appeal to the Supreme court I will show the Yuhu decision.
