Report of the 2003 Stockholder's Meeting
We completely destroyed the company's method of kicking people out using
violence.
We made the president
"run away from the enemy"
This year's meeting
was longer than last yea's at 3 hours and 11minutes.
The length of the meeting
was the 5th in 1,832 companys all over Japan.

My supporters. After
the struggle, all's face were good.
At the entrance, the company persistently accused one of the
supporters of not being an actual stockholder.
In actuality, he was a real stockholder.
He didn't show his I.D card intentionally. He demanded the
company the reason why he was the only one to receive such treatment.
The company bothered to make such trouble themselves.
What a bunch of idiot !
This time there were 170 seats for the stockholders.
In the past there were only 100. Recently, the company has
increased the number of seats more and more to oppress Tanaka.
After my supporters and regular stockholder went in, they filled
the remaining seats with stockholders prepared by the company,
"company mobilized stockholder".
Even though the following situation happened.
At the beginning my lawyer, Mr.Oguchi, made a speech stating
that the company should not use violence to kick people out in
order to proceed with the meeting.
The company stopped his speech, and a state of disorder continued

The company couldn't use their violence because we had sent
documents warnining the police station, which ignored the company's
violence in the last years meeting, and we protected the speakers
using our supporters.
One by one, my supporters made their speeches, accusing Oki
denki's discrimination and harassment which continues to this
day.
The company president could only respond by stating, "I
won't answer because the points being made were not relevant to
today's topics of the meeting".
Each time he gave this response, my supporters shouted phrases
of disgust.
By and by my supporters made speeches criticizing that manner
of response.
The number of mobilized stockholders were seven times the number
of supporter we had.
They tried to support the president's speech by clapping their
hands, but our supporters overpowered them from beginning to end.
This time the president interrupted my speech while I was in
the middle of giving it and the state of disorder that followed
exceeded the amount of time I had allotted for my speech.（voice

The mobilized stockholders made a motion to conclude the meeting.
The company tried to runaway by utilizing the mobilized stockholders
to make a motion to conclude the meeting prematurely.
After the closing ceremony of the meeting the president and
executives ran away while we were still standing and shouting
to stop them from running away.
During and after the closing ceremony was total chaos.（voice

Warning
I declare, that from this time,
I will use a citizen's arrest.
In other words, when President
Sinozuka orders his guards to use violence against stockholders,
I will pull down the president from his seat, tie him up with
rope, and hand him over to the police officers.
President Shinozuka ordered his
guards to use violence against me last year and the year before
last.
Especially last year, I showed
the doctor's order to not use violence against me when attempts
to use violence are made.
The guards used violence against
me anyway, and I ended up needing treatment for the injury for
four months from that time.
Another stockholders jacket was
torn during those violent moments.
In this years meeting, even though
my lawyer asked not to use violence, the president interrupted
the lawyers speech.
We recognize that the president
still has no regrets for the violence used.
He has, and will repeatedly continue
to instigate using violence with his henchmen.

Next year, I guess that OKI will
prepare anywhere from 500 to 1000 seats.
There were only 10 of the regular
stockholders, so I'm sorry that the company has to spend so much
money mobilizing.
I already have an ides to stop
the president from running away.
I can't wait for next year's
meeting.
This year, it appeared that the
company had no intention to use violence.
There were no big guys there,
that were present at previous meetings.
When we continued with the protest
the guards gathered around us, but they didn't try to kick us
out.
May be they couldn't because
of our protection.
I guess that the warning we gave
them, accusing of last year's violence stopped their actions.
This time there were many female
guards including two that were over 170 cm in height.
One of them continued to shout
at me "Be quiet ! Be quiet !"as I continued to protest,
and I said to her, " Your voice is the noisiest of them all"
.
In shame, she smiled and shut
her mouth.
It is inexcusable to use a woman
against stockholders to use physical force.
When I returned back another
female guard said to me, "Mr. Tanaka, don't you have another
opportunity to discuss these issues with the president?"
"I continued to ask negotiate
with them. If he is a person that could accept that, he would
never continued to proceed with the meeting in such way."
I said to her.
She answered "I see."
I know that there is a person
that understand my feelings amongst OKI's employees.
