１．報告状況
○前回の集計対象期間（10 月３日）以降、コミナティ筋注の副反応疑い報告において、医療機関又は製造販売業者から死亡として報告された事例が新たに 67 件あり、令和３年２月 17 日から令和３年 10 月 24 日までに報告された死亡事例は計 1,279 件※となった（別紙１、２）。
※11 月 12 日までの調査において同一症例であることが明らか
